Just four kilometres away, Buonconvento is considered one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy and offers a selection of restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. The excellent restaurant Osteria Il Bibbio is only a short walk from the villa. Siena can be reached in just 40 minutes by car, and day trips to Arezzo, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are also recommended.

The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Behind the house, a furnished veranda invites you to relax, while a covered terrace by the pool provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and long summer evenings.
