At what time should we arrive and depart?

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
The pool is 10 x 5 metres and has a constant depth of 1.40 metres.  The pool is open from May until September. Pool towels are provided.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, we recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service. There is no internet connection available in the villa.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes, there is a covered 86 sq meters pergola around the pool and there is no need of umbrellas.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Cerreto Guidi, 2 Kms away and in Vinci 6Kms away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 1 hour, Bologna 1 hour and 40 minutes, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your user email and password.
