To the left of the kitchen is a small hallway which has the upstairs bathroom with shower on the right, this is also where the washing machine is located. Straight ahead takes you into a large double bedroom. The bedroom has an iron scrollwork double bed, dressing table, plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. There is also a single bed against one wall.

To the right of the breakfast bar, stone steps lead down to a further double bedroom with large attractive painted wardrobe. Through this room to the left is another small hallway with a second bathroom with shower opening off to the left and a third bedroom directly ahead. This room has a single bed and again plenty of cupboard space. The downstairs is subterranean.
