Ribes is a romantic cottage in the hamlet Poderone. This pretty villa has a terrace with a view towards the swimming pool. The covered terrace provides welcoming shade from the sun that shines on this side of the house the whole day. Ribes is tastefully furnished with antique pieces and equipped with modern items. The modern and the traditional have been blended together to produce an ideal location for a couple looking for a comfortable getaway.

Ribes is a ground floor villa with direct access to the lounge area both from the front covered terrace and from the private garden on one side. The terrace and the garden are ideal spots to enjoy meals al fresco during the warm Tuscan evenings. The garden is equipped with a stone barbecue, a table that seats four and two comfortable sun beds.

Entering the lounge, on the right there is a working fireplace and a comfortable three quarter sofa bed. The living area is equipped with a Sat TV, DVD and CD player for indoor entertainment.

On the other side an elegant kitchenette with a table and four chairs is perfect for dining inside during the cooler evenings with the warm atmosphere provided by the fireplace. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, stove with gas hobs, oven, combination oven-microwave and dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen a door leads to a corridor where there is the bathroom and the bedroom. The cottage has the traditional Tuscan wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floors that make it a cosy home. The double bedroom has a door leading to the garden and a ceiling fan. The bathroom with mosaic walls has a large spacious shower with two shower heads and respective taps.

From the covered terrace there is an open view of the property and of the Tuscan landscape around it. The pool is about 50 meters from the villa.
