Pera is a lovely semi-detached villa that is found in the centre of the hamlet Poderone. The villa has been built preserving the old Tuscan style: it has external natural stone walls, traditional Tuscan terra cotta flooring and wooden beamed ceiling. Pera is tastefully furnished with several elegant and well-restored antique pieces and equipped with modern items. The villa combines a traditional atmosphere with the comforts of a modern home.

The ground floor lounge has direct access both to the terrace and to the loggia, ideal settings for outside meals while admiring gorgeous open views of the surrounding landscape. The loggia has a stone barbecue, a table with six chairs and a granite bench. It is located in a private side of the villa whilst the terrace is close to the neighbours. Pera has a wide fenced garden that surrounds it and overlooks the countryside.

The villa is accessed from either the private loggia or the terrace that wrap around the house. Entering to the spacious living room there is on one corner a tastefully furnished kitchen with a window above the workspace and a dining area with a wooden table that seats six. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, stove with gas hobs, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

On the other side of the lounge there is a comfortable sofa bed and a Sat TV, DVD and CD player for indoor entertainment. Close to the kitchen a working fireplace provides the room with a cosy atmosphere.

On one side of the living room a staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with the traditional Tuscan wooden beamed ceiling that lends a warm feeling to the rooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

One of the bedrooms has a private terrace with a magnificent view: with clear weather it is possible to see the coast. Between the bedrooms there is a large bathroom with mosaic walls. The bathroom has tub and hand held shower.

The second bedroom can be converted to a twin room on request. If you do not request this when booking it will be a double.
