Le Ginepraie is a 17th century villa painstakingly restored to its past glorious state with high vaulted ceilings, of wooden beams and terracotta tiles. In the garden there is a large pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. From the pool area there are excellent views of the rolling hills surrounding the villa.

At the end of the hall there is the entrance to a living area of the villa, in this light and spacious area there is a dining table, a kitchenette and a lounge with double sofa bed. From one side of the lounge you have access to the gardens. Off the living area there are two bedrooms with double beds, each bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom with shower.

Off the entrance hall there is a typical Tuscan staircase that takes you to the first floor. On the left of the small landing at the top of the stairs there is a lounge area that has a double sofa bed. At the end of the room there is a kitchen with dining room. After crossing the kitchen area you enter a small hall off which there is the spacious bedroom that has a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.

To the right of the main stairs there is the last part of the house that consists of a large spacious lounge area with double sofa bed that leads into a kitchen with dining room. At this table 12 people can be seated, by joining on another table you will be able to seat 16 people. Off the kitchen there is a small corridor that leads to the bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

All the kitchens include a fridge/freezer, gas cooker and dishwasher. Each of the living areas of the house have Sat TV, fireplace and CD player.

New for this season is a small on site restaurant that the owners have added in order to offer their guests breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast will consist of homemade cake, homemade yogurt, fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice, and fresh bread, a selection of preserves, tea, coffee and milk. The dinner menu includes starter, first and second course, dessert and a bottle of wine per couple. This is a great facility for your first arrival evening and following morning before you have had the chance to go shopping and stock up. Advance booking is necessary if you require meals on your arrival evening and following morning. Further meals can be arranged directly with the owners once you have settled in.In addition to offering meals the owners will also be offering cooking classes which will start in the afternoon at 16.00 and last approximately three hours. The dishes vary depending on client’s requests or preferences.

In front of the house there is a laundry area that includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
