If you are looking for somewhere different or unusual to hold your next conference or meeting, then look no further than Tuscany. The properties listed below each have areas and rooms that can be set up to hold conferences or meetings. At each of the properties you can have the support of a private chef to take care of your catering needs and we can also assist you in organising activities for your delegates such as wine tastings and tours. 


Option 1: Villa Mucellena – sleeping from 26-30 people
A large villa in the Montagnola hills a short drive from the medieval cities of Siena and Colle Val d'Elsa. The villa has extensive grounds and is surrounded by chestnut trees and olive groves. There is a separate building housing the dining room and bar area. The dining room can be set up as a meeting or conference room and drinks and food can be provided during the event. The villa is ideal for large groups as it consists of a large house with 7 independent suites all connected by a central corridor. The suites are either one or two bedroomed and each has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and at least one bathroom to ensure that the delegates have privacy. Each of the suites can also be used as small delegate areas should you need to break up into groups during your conference or meeting. In total there are 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The large pool area is the ideal place to relax during a break in the conference or meeting.

Option 2: Villa Ferraia – sleeping up to 28 people
This beautiful air-conditioned property dates back to the 13th Century and is full of character throughout. Each of the 15 bedrooms in the main house has either an en-suite bathroom or a bathroom allocated to it; the chapel has been converted into a cottage sleeping two. There is a large solar-heated swimming pool with showers and changing rooms, a sauna and three hydromassage pools. A few steps from the main villa are a cinema room and library – this room can be converted into a conference or meeting room. The extensive external areas of the villa include: landscaped gardens; hiking and forest trails; a stone campfire circle where you can gather together under the Tuscan stars; two fishing lakes stocked with trout; a working farm area of the property with stables where intermediate or experienced riders can take the horses out from; various livestock including a collection of rare Cinta Senese pigs and Chanina cattle; an extensive vegetable growing area where guests can pick items for meals; and there is even a private observatory and helipad. The price of the property includes a daily maid service and also a private chef who will cook breakfasts and dinners for guests – you choose the menus and you pay for the food and drink only.

Option 3: Hamlet Montefienali – sleeping up to 50 people
Located in the cooler Tuscan hills, this 13th Century hamlet enjoys splendid isolation, peace and quiet and fantastic views of the surrounding area. At the hamlet there is a small on-site hotel that has a conference room and the hotel can also organize catering throughout the event. There are 17 properties sleeping from 2-6 people. There is free internet access at the hotel and a small spa/massage center to relax after a long day of meetings.

Option 4: Il Cellese
The hamlet of Il Cellese is a small collection of 7 fully refurbished apartments sleeping from 2-7 people, and a restaurant. It is located in the Castellina in Chianti area of Tuscany. The apartments have all been built with the typical Tuscan building materials of stone, terracotta tiled floors and ceilings and wooden beams to give a traditional look to the property, but the interiors have been designed with high quality modern furnishings and appliances. The entire property comprises of 3 buildings, a saltwater swimming pool on a raised level and fantastic views of the countryside. The restaurant is within the main building and is open for dinner each evening. There is a communal area with comfortable sofas indoors and a communual area with tables and chairs outside overlooking the valley below. The restaurant area can be converted in to a conference/meeting room.

Option 5: Poggio del Gallo – sleeping up to 13 people
This pretty villa is located near to Arezzo and has excellent road and rail connections to Florence, Siena and Rome. The villa comprises 3 independent suites each with kitchen/dining area and lounge and either one or two bedrooms. The lower ground floor of the property has a large table where meetings could take place. There is a wonderful outdoor cooking area complete with wood fired pizza/bread oven, charcoal bbq and also an electric oven.

Option 6: Le Fonti – sleeping up to 16 people
Le Fonti is a wonderful villa constructed at the end of the 19th Century, the Villa is composed of a main house and a cottage. Le Fonti is surrounded by 15.000 sqm of private and well maintained flowered gardens and parkland which also houses the large swimming pool. Le Fonti is located 6 km from Arezzo and its position secures proximity and road and rail access to Florence, Siena and Rome. The ‘lemonary’ at the villa is able to provide a meeting room environment with a large table that seats 16. The owners are also able to provide catering during your stay at the villa.
