What did you like about our service?: We thought the service was excellent. Items we asked for were there (i.e. starter kit); someone greeted us upon our arrival at our accommodation; you kept us very well informed via emails; you had plenty of ideas and suggestions for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We thought your service was excellent and made our holiday just that much more enjoyable.
