The villa has its own private pool with excellent views of the hillside covered with vineyards, woods, olive groves and fields dotted with medieval stone villages.  The pool is a short distance from the villa down a flight of stone steps, part walled and surrounded by beautiful plants and shrubs make this a very pretty area.  It is protected from view of the other villas due to its lower position in the garden and the planting that surrounds it.

The room has two separate seating areas, a more formal area is arranged in front of the large arched window in an alcove next to the entrance door, the second, is a more informal area with a large comfortable sofa and armchairs arranged around the brick built open fireplace, which is a great feature of the room. There is also a TV and CD player. The villa owners have equipped this room with high quality furnishings throughout.

A glass and wood door leads to the small but well equipped kitchen, which has an oven, separate gas hobs, a microwave and large fridge/freezer. A door leads to the large bathroom, which has a shower with curtain, separate WC and basin; this is also where the washing machine is installed.

An archway from the kitchen leads through into the dining area, which has table, chairs and a large dresser along one wall, from here there is a door out to the garden.

The two bedrooms are off the dining room; both rooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes and side tables.

One of the rooms can also be made into a twin room on request. These are small but adequate rooms. Outside the property is completely private from the other villas and has its own private parking area and garden.

There are two terraces, the first is to the front of the house and this has breathtaking views over the gardens to the hills beyond.

The second terrace is to the rear of the cottage and is completely private, surrounded by mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs, and with brightly planted terracotta pots dotted around. Both terraces are furnished with tables and chairs.

In addition to the two terraces, guests also have use of a table tennis table, a court with a practice wall for tennis and a basketball hoop. Racquets and balls can be supplied by the owners. There is no barbeque at the cottage, but on request guests can use the one at the main house.
