This leads to the ground floor where there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, next to the kitchen there is a large dining room. From the kitchen there is access to the garden. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom and a guest toilet. Down a few steps you have another bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
