The property has its own private garden with two terraces one of which is covered, providing welcome shade during the heat of the day. There is a table, chairs and a barbeque for outside dining, and there are brightly planted terracotta pots dotted around.

The front door opens directly into the lounge area, which has a paved stone floor and a lovely brick vaulted ceiling. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa, armchair and coffee table with a large flat screen TV on one wall. The TV has some satellite channels and a DVD player.

A brick archway leads through to the modern fitted kitchen with gas hobs, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher (please note there is no conventional style oven in this property). To one side there is a dining table and two chairs set under the archway.

To the left of the kitchen is the bedroom with double bed and ornate headboard, there is a large painted wardrobe and matching side tables. In one corner is an old fashioned wash stand. The bathroom is also accessed from the kitchen and has a double ended roll top bath with ball and claw feet with hand held shower, a separate corner shower, WC and basin.
