Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 12 x 6 meters, 1.40 to 2.20 meters deep pool open from April to October.
Is there a telephone, fax, and email connection available?
There is access to a telephone at the villa.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Greve in Chianti, 6km away
How far are the airports?
Florence 45minutes, Pisa 1hour 30 mins, Bologna 1hour 40mins, Rome 3hours. 
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
