Set in the private grounds of the villa is a free standing pool which has a stone terrace level with the pool edge on one side; this is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers, with the rest of the area being laid to lawn. The covered gazebo and surrounding mature trees and shrubs provide welcome shade during the heat of the day, as well as providing a fantastic viewing point over the surrounding vineyard, olive groves and Tuscan countryside.

The entrance to the villa is via the covered terrace opening into the hallway. From here the door to the right takes you into the very spacious kitchen. This has terracotta tiled floors and painted beamed ceiling, and is dominated at one end by a huge open fire place. The wall opposite has a modern built in oven with separate hobs, washing machine, dishwasher and free standing fridge/freezer, there is a long wooden painted sideboard along one wall providing storage, and a matching painted table and chairs.

To the left of the hallway you find the large lounge/dining room, this has a sofa, armchair and TV with some satellite channels and DVD player.

A large archway separates the lounge from the more formal dining area which has an antique dining table and matching chairs.

Stairs from the hall way lead up to the first floor, part way up the stairs there is a small WC and hand basin, originally installed when indoor plumbing was first introduced. At the top of the stairs is a corridor, from which all the bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed.

The first bedroom has wooden flooring, a high beamed ceiling and twin beds which can be pushed together to make into a double. Next door is the first of the three bathrooms, this has a shower WC and hand basin with mirror, above which is an unusual semi circular window.

The next bedrooms is a bright airy room with terracotta tiled floors and an antique wooden double bed and matching chest of drawers, this room is a corner room and benefits from having two windows allowing light to flood the room.

Next door is the second of the twin bedrooms, this has wooden flooring, painted beamed ceiling and matching scrollwork iron beds, which can be pushed together to make a double, there is a wooden wardrobe and matching chest of drawers.

The third of the three twin bedrooms is again a corner room, with wooden flooring and single beds with antique wooden bed frames one of which has painted scenes on it, again these can be pushed together to make a double bed. Next door is a large bathroom with terracotta tiled floor and full size bath with hand held shower.

The second of the double bedrooms has wooden flooring with an antique wooden bed, a large chest of drawers and an armchair. Adjacent is the third of the three bathrooms, this is a very bright room with painted high beamed ceiling and large window. It has a tiled floor and full size bath with hand held shower.
