Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The price displayed are per apartment.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged weekly when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a pool of 12x5 meters open from mid-May to September
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is an Internet cafe nearby in Radda, and in this town you will also find a fax and telephone.There is also good cellphone reception at this location
What are the room types of the bedrooms?
There are 3 double rooms, 4 rooms which can be made up as doubles or as twins, and 2 double sofabeds. If you require that the villa is made up in a particular way please add it to the comments when booking.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within a  couple of kilometers in Radda

How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
Can meals be provided?
Yes, the owner can provide you with a typical Tuscan meal including wine for 35 Euro per adult for a minimum of 12 adults. These meals will be provided on request only and are prepared by the owner. The diningroom used for the dinners is not available for everyday use, it is used exclusively for the catered dinner. Please be aware that should you book a dinner the owner will need access to the kitchen of the monolocale to prepare the food from about 14.00 on the day of the dinner. Please book in advance, you can choose from the following menus. A bottle of wine for every 4 people is included in the price.
